Our hourly rates are good value, competitive internationally and can be significantly lower than City of London rates. The actual rate applicable will vary depending on the nature, complexity and urgency of the case but we will agree the rate with you and pre-advise you of any rate review, which normally takes place annually.
For those clients who have an ongoing need for regular input and advice we recommend a formal retainer. Retainers can provide significant benefits and advantages – once set up they simplify greatly the administrative processes of repetitive file opening – which means we get to work more quickly. They help to spread the cost of legal advice; they assure priority and they provide a measure of risk management, better still they enable us to offer preferential rates.
All our client engagements are recorded and agreed and are made on the basis of our Terms of Engagement.
